New Year's Issue is on the Street

January 22nd, 2010 by Sarah

Well – we be bloggin, but not as much as we would like. New Year’s resolution where the blog is concerned is to keep it active and interesting. It will be fun – when the issue first gets out there’s always a lot of excitement and tons of feedback. Much of that feedback gets posted within the article sections of the site since the entire local site is pretty much a blog – but here I’m going to try to keep it a little lighter, a little more personal and content won’t always be strictly about the magazine – I do have other experiences and thoughts that will get shared in this space. This cat for instance, one I included in the Winter cat article writer window, it belonged to my parents but has a leather lining on the bottom that is half loose – I used to hide little treasures in it when I was a kid – notes and what not – it was my secret treasure chest – not so secret now I guess but I don’t find myself resorting to hiding trinkets as often as I did when I was four

The blog is going to be fun – unfortunately, right at the moment I have to run out and deliver the last half of my distribution route – that’s the fun of Local in these early days, I’m pretty much a one man band so wear many different hats – blogger being the latest of these. See you around and hope you’re enjoying the New Year’s issue if it brought you here – don’t be shy – drop us a line to let us know what you like, what you’d improve, what YOU think. The beauty of the online world is that its all interactive so we look forward to interacting with you.
