Well here I am finally – its been a few months coming and quite honestly, I wish I’d been blogging from day one of conception of the idea, never mind of getting the first issue ready. But that would have taken you back about ten years so that might have been a tad ambitious. As it is, I’m happy to have a place to record the very cool things that happen in the process of pulling Local magazine together. Of course right now, I’m wrapping up the New Year issue so there’s not a ton of time for writing in here – mostly writing articles and gathering photos and ads and what not. But the beauty of a blog is its freedom so I’ll do my best to keep this blog fresh, share stories I think you’ll enjoy and give you some insight into where Local came from, where its going and what we learn along the way. I hope you enjoy the Local blog and I look forward to chatting with you on a more personal note. Talk to you soon.
