Well Spring seems to be taking its time to arrive – at least, Spring is here but the cool weather continues. It seems we are learning to live with less where the thermometer is concerned but at least we are enjoying a few days of sunshine. My plants sprung up about three inches yesterday!! They are clearly tired of waiting for heat to welcome them this Spring. We’re getting great feedback on this Green Good Food issue. Let me know what your favourite story is in this one.
