I met a few women in the neighbourhood who told me that they had recently taken up reflexology. I thought it was interesting that there were a few people telling me that this was their new pursuit and was also very curious to know more about Reflexology since I knew next to nothing. Katie O’Neill, who works with Local to do all sorts of very helpful things, went out and covered this story for us. She got a first-hand taste of reflexology through two different treatments from Dale Jones of Sole itude and Fiona Bramzell of Solus and covered this story for us. Dale is a well-known local singer and Fiona is known to many as the face of Savoury Grounds on Kingston Road at Scarborough Road. Either would be happy to show you the way of reflexology. Enjoy.
