We already had one story in this issue about preserves and given that Howard just added honey to his already popular pickle line up, we thought this issue would be a good time to cover the story. We didn’t even realize until we talked to him that he started his business as a way to give interesting gifts over the holidays. Now Howar’ds hobby has picked up to the tune of 1000 jars of pickles annually but he’s eager to keep the popular products he makes from becoming a business. At this rate it might be hard to do though.
