Sport-Specific Training Programs

We met Norm Spence earlier this year and at that time found out that he often tailors his Pilates-based programs to specific sports and specific athletes. We thought it would be interesting to get more detail about how he does this for our Sports issue so that is what he described for us in his article. A little more involved than you might imagine and sort of explains how personal trainers work overall as well.
